Corrugated is the most recognisable roof profile in Australia and suits almost any building, from a heritage home to a modern extension. Its rounded waves soften the look of a large roof and hide minor undulations in the framing.
Our corrugated sheets are rolled from 100 per cent Australian-made COLORBOND® steel, or supplied in ZINCALUME® and galvanised. Barge, ridge and apron flashings are made to match in the same colour.
Need matching trims? Draw a flashing and get an instant price, or add gutter and fascia in the same colour.

Common questions
Corrugated: common questions.
What size are corrugated roof sheets?
Each sheet covers 762 mm of roof width, with 17 mm deep corrugations at a 76.2 mm pitch. There is no standard length: we cut every sheet to the length you need, up to 10,000 mm.
How many corrugated sheets do I need?
Measure the roof along the gutter in millimetres and divide by 762, then round up. A 4,000 mm wide patio needs 4,000 ÷ 762 = 5.2, so 6 sheets. The By area tab in the configurator below works this out from your building size.
What colours are available?
The full COLORBOND® standard palette, plus Matt and Ultra, along with ZINCALUME® and galvanised. The colour chips in the configurator show the real range for each finish.
0.42 or 0.48 BMT?
0.42 mm is the standard for most homes, patios and sheds. 0.48 mm is stiffer and better for wider batten spacing, commercial buildings and areas with foot traffic.
Can I buy 4 m colorbond sheets?
Yes. Enter 4,000 mm as the length and choose your colour; every sheet is cut to the length you enter, so there is no waste from standard sizes.
