Collect from Coombabah on the Gold Coast, or have your order delivered. Shop products travel Australia-wide; flashings, sheeting, rainwater goods and panels are delivered by arrangement. Freight is quoted after you order and confirmed with you before dispatch.

Collect from our factory counter at 5/610 Pine Ridge Road, Coombabah QLD 4216. Choose pickup at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready. Bring your order number and inspect your goods before you leave.

Design your flashing or add stock items to your cart, choose pickup or delivery at checkout, and pay in full by card.

We confirm freight
For delivery orders, our team quotes freight for your suburb and confirms it with you before dispatch. Nothing leaves without your agreement.

Made within 48 hours
Custom flashings are folded in our Coombabah factory within 48 hours of confirmation. Stock items are picked from the shelf.

Collect or receive
You are notified when your order is ready at the counter or booked with a carrier. Check your goods on receipt.

How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery is quoted by suburb after your order is placed. Long flashings and sheets travel on specialised freight, so the cost depends on where you are and what is in the order. Our team confirms the freight price with you before anything is dispatched. Delivery is never free.
How long do custom flashings take?+
Custom flashings are manufactured within 48 hours of your order being confirmed and paid. You will be notified when they are ready to collect or when they have been booked with a carrier. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by material availability.
Can I collect my order?+
Yes. Collection is available from 5/610 Pine Ridge Road, Coombabah QLD 4216, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 4:00pm. Wait for the ready-for-collection notification before travelling, bring your order number, and inspect your goods before you leave.
Do you deliver outside the Gold Coast?+
Shop products (tools, fixings, sealants and other stock items) are dispatched from the Gold Coast to every Australian state and territory. Custom flashings, roof sheeting, panels and rainwater goods are long, made-to-order items: they are collected from Coombabah or delivered from our factory by arrangement, and are not sent interstate by parcel carrier. Sheets can be delivered up to 8,000 mm long; delivery of longer sheets is priced individually, cannot be calculated at the time of an online order and is an additional cost. Every delivery is quoted individually.
What happens on delivery day?+
Delivery is to the nominated address, kerbside or ground level unless otherwise agreed. Someone should be available to receive the goods, check them against the order and note any damage with the driver. Delivery dates and times are estimates.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Inspect your goods on collection or delivery and notify us within 7 days of any fault, damage or discrepancy. Contact us on 07 5620 4329 or admin@roofingdepot.com.au with your order number and photographs and we will resolve it.
Can I change my delivery address or switch to pickup?+
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes can usually be made before the order is dispatched. Once goods are booked with a carrier the address cannot be altered.
