A Roofing Depot trade account gives roofing and building businesses agreed terms, their own pricing tier, saved designs and a direct line to the factory. Applications are reviewed by our team, usually within two business days.
Account terms
Approved accounts order on credit terms agreed in writing, so your team can place orders without a card at the counter.
Tier pricing
Trade logins resolve to your own pricing tier in the flashing designer and shop. Prices reflect your volume, not the retail web rate.
Saved designs
Keep your standard flashing profiles on file. Re-order a barge, apron or box gutter in a minute with the same drawing the factory folded last time.
Priority production
Account orders are scheduled ahead of the retail queue where capacity allows, and our team confirms lead times with you directly.

Accounts are offered to registered Australian businesses with an ABN. Until an account is approved, orders can be placed online and paid in full by card at the standard rate.

Online application
Apply and sign online in about ten minutes.
- 1Tell us about the business. ABN, contacts, credit limit, two or three trade references and your bank.
- 2Each director signs. Every director, partner or sole trader gets a private link to read the Terms of Trade and sign on their own phone or computer.
- 3Personal guarantee. Guarantors sign the guarantee in front of an adult witness, who signs on the same screen.
- 4We review it. A signed copy is emailed to you and to us. Our team reviews it, usually within two business days.
Standard terms are 30 days from invoice.
