Insulated roofing

Apollo insulated roofing panels.

Apollo insulated roofing panel with corrugated faceApollo insulated roofing panel with Trimlink face

A roof, ceiling and insulation in one panel. Apollo insulated panels have a corrugated or Trimlink steel face bonded to a rigid insulation core with a clean underside, so a patio or shed is roofed and lined in one pass and stays cooler underneath. Panels are cut to your lengths before they arrive.

  • Face profiles: Corrugated or Trimlink
  • Core thickness from 50 mm to 200 mm
  • Panel lengths from 2.0 m to 12.5 m, cut to size
  • Manufacturing 7 to 15 business days depending on profile

Apollo panels are made to order by Apollo Patio Systems and are quoted to the project, with freight from Apollo passed on at cost. Tell us the face profile, core thickness, lengths and colour and we will come back with a written quote, normally within the business day.

Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm. Trimlink is a profile name used by Apollo Patio Systems. Sizes, options and FAQs.

Common questions

Panels, pan widths, lengths and installation.

What is the difference between Snaplock, Nailstrip and Standing Seam?

All three are concealed-fix panels with a raised seam. Nailstrip is nailed through a flange on one edge and the next pan snaps over it. Snaplock is fixed with separate clips and snaps closed, which allows for thermal movement on longer runs. Standing Seam is closed on site with a seaming tool for a traditional double-lock joint. Seam height, 25 mm or 38 mm, changes the depth of the shadow line.

What pan width should I choose?

The pan width is the visible flat face between seams. The preset widths are the most common modules for each panel and give the best yield from the coil. Any width from 150 mm to 600 mm can be entered, and the price updates as you change it. Narrower pans read as a finer, more linear facade; wider pans are more economical per square metre.

What lengths can you make?

Panels are cut to the length you enter, from 0.5 m to 10 m. We recommend 4 m or less for handling and thermal movement, particularly on dark colours and walls in full sun. Longer panels need specialised transport, so allow extra time for delivery.

Which gauge are the panels?

Painted and ZINCALUME® panels are formed from 0.55 mm base metal thickness steel, which is the standard for standing seam and interlocking cladding; galvanised panels are formed from 0.90 mm BMT. COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME® are Australian-made BlueScope steel; Unicote® is a pre-painted steel sourced from New Zealand or Korea. Other gauges and metals, including zinc, copper and aluminium, are handled by Euroclad as a supply-and-install project.

Are trims and clips included?

The price shown is for the panels alone. Snaplock clips, starter strips, corner and edge trims and flashings are made to suit each job; design matching flashings in our flashing designer or ask us to add them to your order in the same colour.

Do you install?

Roofing Depot supplies panels for installation by your own roofer or cladder. For a complete standing seam roof or facade, our parent company Euroclad designs, manufactures and installs full systems across Australia.
